2. Dolphin Reef
Drawing its name from its most famous attribute, Dolphin Beach in Eilat is part of the region’s famous Dolphin Reef attraction. For a fee, visitors can gain entry to both the reef and beach together, which promises a slower pace and more relaxed feel than Eilat’s often crowded Red Sea beach scene. Visitors can snorkel, dive and relax at beachside bars and pools. And of course there are the dolphins! A group of bottlenose dolphins come and go as they please on the reef, with beachgoers treated to close encounters either from observation decks above, or during guided swimming tours.
