Israel is set for a rock invasion this spring–the legendary Rolling Stones has confirmed plans for a concert in Tel Aviv.

The performance will take place June 4 as part of the 14 On Fire World tour. Tickets start at NIS 595, or $170.

The appearance has been rumored for some time, but was just confirmed Tuesday at a Tel Aviv press conference.

“It’s the first time in 35 years that I have no words to describe the enormity of this event,” said producer Shuki Weiss.

“It’s a huge honor to bring the Rolling Stones to Israel, an honor for the country, the citizens, and mostly for the fans who have waited for this moment.”

News of major music acts setting concert dates in Israel typically means big headlines for the Jewish state, which is often a target of boycott groups that almost immediately begin campaigns to convince the artists to go back on the decision.
